Hi
I just downloaded and installed a trial version and I am getting this Configuration Error. I am running El Capitan on a mid 2015 Mac book Pro
"A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
Error: 213:5"
I have restarted and de- installed and re-installed again.
Any suggestions are very welcome.
Thanks.
JGS

Thanks Again Mohit
I followed those instructions and restarted, then I launched the application and I still get the same error message. Can it be because I am running El Capitan?
Please advice - Getting frustrated and loosing hours.
Thanks!!

Hi Mohit and crew.
It seems that Adobe creative cloud, and especially Photoshop in general is not compatible with mac El Capitan.
This is such a bummer. I have a brand new Macbook Pro and a couple of jobs to finish, now in a hurry and I was going to just buy the lot, but now I have to waste time figuring out how to downgrade to Yosemite again..
Is there really no faster solution?
Fingers crossed.
thanks

I was having the error 213:15 after I got my new to me MacPro Tower 5.1 up running High Sierra OS and installed Creative Suit.
To solve this I:
I navigated to Adobe folders using Go Folder to "/Library/Application Support/Adobe".
Then I selected Each Adobe folder and selected information. I clicked on the lock, entered system password, I added myself as Owner and gave read and write permissions. I also set all items enclosed to yes.
Folders :
SLStore
SLStore_v1
Adobe (folder in Application Support)
Now I can launch and use my CS5 Creative Suit
