Hi,
I bought a new subscription to Adobe on a new Adobe account. I downloaded the desktop and the apps but every time I'm trying to open one of the apps I get the error code 12013. I already did every step of the problem solution guide but nothing worked.. When I look in my Adobe account I also see that there are no devices connected. Can anyone please help? I can't contact the Adobe live chat, only the virtual assistent who sends me to the guide..
