Error Code 130

Hi, I downloaded the free trial of Photoshop CC, but when I tried to access it through the Creative Cloud menu, it didn't open. So, I tried to uninstall it so that I could download it again, but this came up with Error Code 130. I use a Windows laptop. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.
