Error code: c127 while installing After Effects

Yesterday After Effects was working perfectly on my computer. I restarted my computer after After Effects started randomly shutting down. After my computer turned on again After Effects would not load. I looked up ways to fix it, tried a few different ways. I ended up uninstalling all my adobe products and using the adobe cleaner. After restarting and attempting to re-download my apps, I found my account was switched to photography only. I had it switched back after calling the support number. I tried re-downloading the app and received and error code: c127. I have not been able to find that error code anywhere in this forum or anywhere else on the internet. I would love to learn how to resolve this issue. Thanks!
