error message 1500

When downloading the trial version of Photoshop Lightroom 5.6 64-bit I am receiving the following error message:

Error 1500.Another installation is in progress.  You must complete that installation before continuing this one.

I have closed all programs to ensure that there are no other downloads in progress.

Thanks for contacting Adobe support.

Please check if there is any other installation running at the back ground, if yes then let it complete or restart the machine and try again.

Thanks for sharing the details.

Kindly try this below mentioned document. It says CS4, however, this should work with your machine. Try vista's instructions.
Error 1704 or 1500 | Install, remove | CS4 | Windows

Please revert in case this doesn't help.
