I keep getting the same message in the subject line. I have tried to repair the software and nothing changed so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I get a message that other programs depend on the cloud so I can't uninstall. I had this same issue a few months ago and one of your agents sent me to the preferences tab and had me check/unchek a selection which seemed to solve the issue but I can't remember what the procedure was so could you please help me out.
