i just download thr adobe acrobat dc and it was writen that the errow number is 16. i have already tried to do uninstall and reinstall. what should i do?

Could you please let us know the OS version on your system and also the acrobat version you trying to install ?

If its acrobat DC (Pro or standard) ,

Try running this cleaner tool ( for Windows only) :Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart your system and install acrobat DC from this link : Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
