Expired trial error for Illustrator

Although I have never used the trial for Illustrator from my account, I get a message that says that my trial has expired. But the trial runs for Photoshop.

How do I combat this? I want to try Illustrator.

Perhaps someone else tried it on your computer. Anyway, you may need to take the $30 “no penalty for cancellation” program and cancel when that month is up.
