Hello, does the adobe live chat ever respond? I have waited over 1 hour on 2 separate occasions to talk with someone and I haven't heard anything. The "Manage plans" does not have the option I need, and I have a blue bar at the top of the website telling me to contact support for my student discount plan. As well as needing a refund on an extra charge. I don't have good enough cell service where I live to call adobe either. This is very frustrating, any help is appreciated.

Use a good desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox that supports cookies and does not have script blockers.
Click the Chat Bot icon (lower right)

Type Billing Agent followed by Enter.
In my experience, they come on very soon after. Never more than 5 minutes.
