- Search for AAMNotifier and quit it.
- Initiate the update.
WIN:
- Launch Task manager.
- Search for AAMNotifier and quit it.
- Initiate the update.

I'm getting this same error code. 😕 I'm still looking for a solution. I know I've had a problem installing the Creative Cloud update in the past (on my old computer) but I can't remember if it was the same error code - or what I found the solution to be.

I know this is an old thread but as evidenced below its a problem that has not gone away. I'm stuck in error 41 hell. I have installed all CC19 apps, its just photoshop that will not install. Adobe support couldnt even tell me what error 41 was and what the critical file is it needs access to. Thier advice was to buy a new computer. Brilliant.

2GB nvidia GPU
CC19 is the latest Adobe provides offline installers for. The ‘official’ versions (current plus 1 previous) from CC app won’t work on my machine. I’d love CC 20 or 21 but they won’t provide that despite many many time pleading to customer support. They’ll still take my $70 every month though, they have no problem with that.
