Make sure that you have downloaded .7z and .exe files and placed inside same folder and then double click on .exe file .

For Example :  If you are trying to install InDesign CS 6.

Make sure that you download both Files 1 of 3 and File 2 of 3 .

Put  both together inside same folder . then double click on .exe file (2 of 3)

There are three files.

I was able to download one and three, however two states that there is

something missing....

one and two are in the same folder already,

File 3 of 3 is just contents files. that is not required for installation process.

Did you double click on .exe file which is like 1MB in size ?

On my end we downloaded

file 1 of 3 first, 1.9 GB---this worked

We attempted 2 of 3---it gave us the missing message 1MB

file 3 of 3 130 MB---this worked

You need to place both InDesign_8_LS16.7z and InDesign_8_LS16.exe inside same folder .

Then double click on the file named InDesign_8_LS16.exe  . it will start the installation process.

The error message is: "file archive is missing......" (from my original

message)In-Design opens but I'm not sure the functionality just yet. We

In this case , you may try alternate method.

Install apps like Winzip or Winrar or 7-zip.

Right click on File 1 of 3 : InDesign_8_LS16.7z  [1.9 GB]

Then extract the file and then open extracted folder and run setup.exe .

It will install InDesign CS 6.
