Fireworks from CS6... How do I download/buy?

I am trying to purchase and old application Fireworks because I find it way easier to use than Photoshop. I have been able to download a free trial but this has now expired and when I try to buy it it just takes me to an error page. How can I download this program? Happy to pay but I can't seem to find it anywhere! Thank you!

Fireworks was discontinued some time ago.  The only way to acquire it at this point is thru a subscription to the Creative Cloud wherein you would download it thru an older version.

Same problem here, after re-installing my Mac and also Adobe CC, I cannot download Fireworks.
I cannot select it in CC so I don't have the option to install a older version.

Is there another way to install Fireworks?

When I go to the above download Fireworks package. Open and install a Adobe Installer says:

"Installer failed to initialize. This cold be due to a missing file"

Legacy Creative Suite applications are not supported on macOS 10.12 (Sierra) and therefore, many of the Creative Suite installers may not function normally.  You'll need to use your Terminal and this workaround.

I believe you need Java SE 6 Runtime to run some legacy CS software.

Ok downloaded Java..

This time the installers began, but then this error appeared..

Shut everything down.  Restart computer.  Try again.
