Trying to transfer Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 from an iMac to a laptop using an external hard drive.
Neither will open and show an error message '16'. Can anyone help?
David

Time Machine back up or any other sort of backup installation will provides you error message.
Most the of the licensing files , database base files under Adobe folders like SLCache, SLStore, Caps....etc are Machine ID specific, it will not work on other computers and gives you error.
