Having trouble downlaoding PS and LR

Everytime I try to download either program it brings me to the creative cloud (app screen). Can anyone help me get these programs downloaded correctly?

I have a dell studio XPS with windows 7 Ultimate. And I was able to download LR now but I still haven't been able to download PS.

Download the Creative Cloud Desktop Application and install it. Then Open the Cloud Desktop Application. Log in to the cloud with your Adobe ID and password the has the subscription. The install Photoshop from the APP tab
