Having trouble downloading an update to Photoshop CC

For a couple months now I've been notified by the Creative Cloud service that there was an update available for Photoshop CC. Every time I attempt to download an update, I get an error message U43M1D204 saying the download has been corrupted. Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop has not fixed this problem. Running on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with Windows 8.1

Please follow the steps below :

1. Open DLM log file , location : %temp% - Adobe Download – DLM.log
2. Search for Camera in notepad and there will be a link : http://swupdl.adobe.com/updates/oobe/aam20/win/PhotoshopCameraRaw8-8.0/9.1.60/setup.zip, download the setup file.
3. Copy the setup file and paste it in below location:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\Install\PhotoshopCameraRaw8-8.0\9.1.60/

    Retry the update

Okay so I've downloaded the zip file. Should I copy the entire file into said location or just one particular part?

Copy the zip file to the location mentioned in step 3, then try to update Photoshop
