Having trouble downloading certain Adobe applications

My Creative Cloud for desktop apps is installed automatically when I download a product my computer is Windows 7. but adobe (( Premiere Pro - After Effects - Story Plus - SpeedGrade _ Scout _ Prelude Live Logger _ PhoneGap Build)). does not download and install, I can see them in the panel list installed versions.????
