follow the instructions under

Remove the OPM.db file and log in again  

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed

Hi, I've applied the Adobe Creative Cleaning Tool, AND removed the OMP.db file, and it seems to be working !

Hi,

Use the Gear icon at the top right to Sign out and then try to Sign in again. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the Creative Cloud app.
