Recently got this message when trying to access Help in Dreamweaver CS4.  "The help system cannot be launched because the help folder is missing."  Looking at path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Help\en_US\Photoshop is the only program listed but Photoshop's Help is not working either saying "There is an error launching Adobe Help application."  Do I have to totally reinstall CS4 to access help files???

Yes, uninstalling and reinstalling would be best. Or simply resort to the onlione help version here on the site...

In the most cases there is no need to uinstall. Reinstall over the damaged version should repair everything. Don't forget to run all updates and bugfixes after installing again.
