Hello, i bought a subscription Photoshop plan "All applications". I have windows 8.1 and updated google browser. Since my operating system is not suitable for the latest Photoshop CC 21, I installed an older version of Photoshop CC 18.0.1, but this Photoshop also does not install, because it says that you need to update the operating system, although Photoshop CC 18.0.1 can be installed on Windows 8.1. What can be done in this case, maybe you can download Photoshop 18.0.1 separately, change the plan to Photoshop for photographers? I now need to install at least some Photoshop for training. You should consider upgrading your OS to Windows 10 at least so that you can use the latest Adobe software.
