Dear Adobe Support, and Community

I am writing to inform you that I am unable to download Photoshop from your website, and I cannot use the web version of Photoshop either, despite having subscribed to the Photoshop & Lightroom plan just yesterday. When I click to download Photoshop, I get the following message:

"Our apologies. If the URL is correct and refreshing the page doesn't fix the problem, please try again later."

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Download the CC app and then install Photoshop from there:

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

This is my second computer where I want to install Photoshop, but it’s not working. I temporarily disabled the firewall too. Now it says that the minimum system requirements are not met. It’s not a new computer, but it’s not weak either, so I don’t understand. I don’t get why it’s so complicated to install when I’ve already subscribed. I really want to use it finally. I managed to install it on my laptop too, but I struggled with that as well.
