Hello guys,

I downloaded the creative cloud, I installed it and then I changed the file location by going to Preferences>Creative Cloud>Folder Location from my Local Disk C to my other SSD B successfully. Then, I installed the programs that I'm using but all programs installed in my Local Disk C, how can I change the folder location entirely?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have run the Adobe Cleaner Tool after deinstallation?

Which location do you have choose and in which location the programs were installed?

Notice some file must be installed on the system drive C.

How is the SSD connected to the computer? Is the drive connected as an external drive or is it build inside?

You need to change the apps install location, not the CC Folder:

Uninstall, change the app folder, reinstall.

Of course. Should I uninstall everything by Adobe and try again to download them correctly?

All SSDs are built inside

My Local Disk is C and the other SSD I have is B.

I uninstalled everything. I run the Adobe Cleaner Tool, then I installed Creative Cloud CC. After that, I changed the Install location by going CC>Preferences>Apps>Install Location. Then I installed Photoshop and guess what, It's installing to my Local C. I don't know what to do...

Which operating system do you use?

Do you have appropriate access rights to the SSD (drive B)?

Which folders are used on C? Common files, for instance, is a location controlled by Windows.
