How can I retrieve my pictures from Adobe. it keeps getting blocked.

How can I retrieve my pictures form Adobe.  It keeps getting blocked

I want to put them on a disk for a digital picture frame.  I can't get them on the disc.  It keeps sayin I need a code number.  I don't know how to get it.

Msdott1 which Adobe product are you using?  I would also recommend posting your question to that products forum.  I can certainly assist you though with directions to the apporpriate forum once I know which Adobe application you are utilizing.

I have the Adobe Photo that isn't working anymore, its been discontinued they

said. Sothey want me to get the  photoshop series because Adobe ii no long in

service.,

 I just want to retrieve my pictures to put on a disk for a digital picture

frame for my step son.   Can you help me do that?  Or put them on a cd?  What

can I do, please.
