Brought a student/ teacher version of lightroom 5. Its been the curse of my life. Send in the product code. Over three weeks later no number. Every email has been ignored. The chat site, cuts me off. One saif they would sent it to me, they didn't. Same one in the next breath said go to adobe.com and get it. Only thing on there is info on Cloud. There is no adobe customer care. They should re name it, adobe we dont care: Obviously asking for a serial number for a product I paid for was saking to much.

The only person in, mat adobe that offered any help was Sameena. She stayed
with me until it was resolved.Would not give you two bob for any one else.
