how do i activate my creative suit cs6 after it was activated?

my hard drive crashed and i have just re uploaded all my programs but when i have gone to register it, it says i cant because the serial number has already been used

hi still not working, so do i need to de activate the program that is on my adobe profile and re activate it?

will i need a new serial number?

i am back at tafe and i need to have my programs running as i have a series of assessment work due in the next few days

Please deactivate and reactivate the application and you don't require a new serial number for that.

You can also try contacting support to have your activations reset. You are only allowed two activations at a time. If you are unable to deactivate due to not having access to an old computer or hard drive failure, then we can reset them for you.
