How do I purchase all adobe apps as CDs ( Disc ) for lifetime period ?

I do not want to get it downloaded or as subscription.

You cannot. CC is now subscription based.

CS is no longer sold it was replaced by CC.

Whilst there are some authorised resellers selling current packages, be very wary of third party vendors - there is a lot of counterfeit software out there.

also , the Customer care directed me to resellers web pages, however I was not much lucky in contacting them,  does that make any difference ? I mean, may I find what I need with those re-sellers ?

Adobe stopped selling CS6 (the last version with a serial number) some time ago

As mentioned, beware of buying from eBay or other non-authorized dealers

Bear in mind that Creative Cloud isn't *all* Adobe apps by a long way. Some are in different bundles, some are sold separately, some are server products, some cost hundreds of thousands of dollars...
