How do I cancel everything except Photoshop?

When you log into Creative Cloud and Manage Plan, when does it say your plan expires?

It's hard to give a specific answer without knowing your details, but I suspect the best answer is to cancel your entire CC subscription when you can under your contract terms, and then subscribe to Photoshop with the Photographer's plan.

It's $9.99 for an Annual plan, paid monthly or $119.88 for an Annual plan, prepaid.

If you joined CC on a 1 year contract, early cancellation would result in a 50% penalty fee.  You might want to wait until your current contract is closer to expiration.
