how do I check for updates on my adobe software? The option to check for updates is greyed out!

What version do you have? CS is no longer being updated and you would go to your CC Desktop app for updates to the subscription service.

If you are using Creative Cloud, are you in a managed structure, like enterprise, teams or school where an IT administrator may have blocked them?
