Hi,
I’m needing some help with my Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection. I had purchased and registered my products at the end of October 2012 and had no problems with it until just a few months ago. During that time, my laptop had an unrelated error that made me have to wipe the memory clean, which made me lose all my apps, including my Creative Suite Master Collection. I’ve tried to go back in and put these back on my Mac, but am having problems figuring out how to do that.
I saw online that someone suggested downloading the free trial and using my code to reactivate my old account, but I’m not seeing an option for it. I’ve also tried going to the help section of the adobe website, for activating and deactivating products. It says to go launch the application and choose “Help < Activate” however, there is not option for this on my end, not even a dimmed out option to show that I’ve already activated the software. The only place that I even remotely see something to activate codes is in the products section of my account on the adobe site, but that tells me that my “serial number has already been registered. Products can only be registered once.” Not sure what to do about this and I would hate to pay for everything all over again.
All I want is to re-download the non-trial version of the apps I already paid and used before.
I’m a student and need this ASAP for class. Please help!
Thanks,
Alicia

Note: If you have the CS2 Premium Suite version, you will have to download the Standard, and then download Acrobat and GoLive separately under their own replacement serial numbers. GoLive 9 can be downloaded with the relevant link i the first post by Herbert here:

Hello, You did not mention which version of the Creative Suite you were using. The direct download links for the CS6 Master Collection can be found here:
.
Download Adobe CS6 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant or Manager) | ProDesignTools
If you are looking for an older version of the Master Collection, links to the direct downloads can be found here:

Hope that is helpful! 🙂
