My real problem is my computer couldn't run windows 10, then had problems with windows 7. It no longer has memory or hard drives. My New Computer needs Elements 14 and I will also need acrobat 9 pro also. I installed elements 14 fine, but now get a message saying too many activations. I can't deactivate the old computer and can't seem to contact anyone in customer support. All the forums say contact customer support or customer care without saying how. The support page takes you in circles. Help
