It's my understanding that there is a discount for upgrading from a previous model program, like CS5 to CS6.

I own: select the version you own

You should be able to check the price for upgrade for CS 6.

FYI.. support for CS6 would only be provided via chat or forums, the phone support is just for Creative cloud.
