Hello everyone, I have made the mistake of signing up with the wrong plan (I need to be in the student discount plan). I went through the steps to change my plan but it isn't there. Can someone help me on how to switch or do I need to cancel and change? I do not want to lose anything or have any glitches. Thank you!

I **think** you are going to have to cancel your current plan... if you are inside 14 days of buying you may do so without an early cancel penalty
If you are past 14 days you will need support to help so you don't pay an early cancel fee
