How do I download and re-install Adobe Creative Suite Design & Web Premium CS6 Win?

Agreed.  I am also having trouble downloading CS6 Design & Web Premium for Windows.  After downloading the 4.5 GB file, the file does not open.  Appears to have an unknown extension/file type of .7z.  Any suggestions by anyone?

Don Ramsey-Eswvs and Erasmoc57282831 where are you downloading the installation files from?  Do you receive a specific error message?

Downloaded from Adobe site (Download CS6 products).  Downloaded both File 1 and 2 Design and Web, English version.  Both files are on my desktop in the same folder.  Do I just need to run the .exe (file 2) to install CS6 (just thought to ask/ maybe try that)?  I have my serial number I can enter once it is downloaded.

Yes Erasmoc57282831 running the Exe will extract the installation files so you can then begin the installation process.
