Got a new computer and already install Adobe CC now,
But I really want to use CS6... especially the Photoshop.
My computer doesn't have that kind of performance to run cc...
try to download on the desktop app but it shows error (49).
does anyone know how to download it properly?

the cc app has been updated and adobe's info about the app have (so far) not been updated.
open your app, click the apps tab, click the arrow next to the program you want install button, click other versions:
if you've done that and then see error 49, Troubleshoot Error 49 (download or update failed).
