How to download Photoshop Elements 12?

I bought my copy online a few years ago when Windows 7 came out. I downloaded it and everything was fine. A few days ago, I upgraded and now I'm trying to install my copy again. But every time I try to install it, I get an error message say "The file archive part of Photoshop Elements 12 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Photoshop Elements 12. Please download all parts."

Um, there was only a .zip folder and a .7z folder. They work the exact some way.

Is there something that I'm missing?

you need both the exe (file 2 of 2) and the 7z (file 1 of 2).  put both in the same directory and double click the exe.
