I have CS6 downloaded and its asking for my serial number. I can't find the box is there a way to get the serial number of my already installed programs? For some reason Photoshop, InDesign, etc. all work except Adobe Acrobat Reacher which is asking for my serial number. They should all be under the same one but I can't find the box. How can I find the serial number on my Photoshop or InDesign applications?

Check your Adobe account online. If you registered CS6 then there should be a record of the serial number there.

I tried to do that and it seems I didnt register it. Ive had these programs on my computer for like 3 years and I did some sort of update on Adobe Acrobat Reader and now it needs my serial number again and I dont have the box:( Is there another way to find the number associated with the other downloaded Adobe programs?

Also, Reader is a FREE program that does not use/require a serial number... do you mean Acrobat that DOES use/require a serial number?

Apologies you are correct I meant Adobe Acrobat. I downloaded the Mac Key Finder app and got the serial number and when I entered it now it says my serial number is invalid?
My other Adobe programs are working why not this one? Should I uninstall it then re-install it?
