How to get Adobe UK to take a payment for Elements 13

I downloaded Elements 13 as a trial and decided to buy it, all went well up to 'checkout' where there was no method of paying for the product, it showed what I was buying, the correct price in £stg £79.10 I believe but there was no method of paying Adobe for it, just the simple details of my order but no option to actually pay for it. having tried various things, I have now 3 copies shown on my checkout and am unable to delete any of them.

Whilst not an expert on the computer I am an average user.

The only option on the page was to call Adobe on the phone as it clearly said..................................

TO BUY THIS PRODUCT ON THE PHONE DIAL .......................

So I did, only to be told that they could not sell me this product on the phone ! !

I do hope that Adobe UK monitor this forum as I guess that I am not the only one trying to buy it Adobe UK must be loosing out thousands of pounds.

It may have been a typo but Elements is currently at 14 rather than 13

You may also like to know you can buy a boxed version of Photoshop Elements here in the UK from Dabs.com for 57 pounds plus 4 pounds carriage. The price is for Elements 13 but as 14 is now out there is probably a free upgrade. Dabs in case you havn't heard of them are owned by BT.

Thank you all for your replies, I did in fact find an 020 telephone number where I was able to buy PSE 14 at the internet price, the guy was very helpful and I forgive you Adobe UK but get your website checkout inf sorted 🙂
