How to get PSE 11 to update Camera Raw to 7.4

Have tried for several days at different hours to get PSE 11 to update to Camera Raw 7.4. It says all programs are up-to-date but Camera Raw is 7.2

Found Camera Raw 7.4 on Adobe site, but it is stand-alone and does not install in PSE 11. Patch Installer would not work either.

Any suggestions?

I had already downloaded and installed the stand-alone version, but I would like to get the integrated version to work.

What happens when you run the standalone version , which you have downloaded from the Adobe website ?

Ideally, it should run and update your camera raw to 7.4.

When I run the stand alone it asks for RAW files to convert. I use it within Elements to open JPEGs as Camera Raw to work with begore saving into Elements.

PSE 11 came with the Camera Raw builtin and has updated several times since release, but this time I have Camera Raw ver 7.2, but when I click the update under Help, it says I am up-to-date.

I think you are running the DNG converter.

Could you download the latest update patch from the below link and then run that.
