How to licence my CC suite?

How to licence my CC suite? You asked for a redemption code and a serial number but I haven't received any. Where do I find it?

there's no serial number with cc.  you use your adobe id.

if you've already paid for a subscription using your adobe id, install the desktop app https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

and install your subscribed programs using the desktop app.

The thing is that I've already installed it but when I start the app I get a message window asking me to start a trial version or a to license it; when I click to license the software it ask me to sign in, but when I click to sign in it ask me for a serial number.

I can't tell if you are installing CC or already have it and it is asking you for a serial number or says you are running a trial.

If you have creative cloud already installed and it is asking for a serial number when you start a Creative Cloud (CC) application, see this link: Creative Cloud applications ask for serial number
