How to recover password when email is deactivated and phone number changed

I forgot my password and I'm trying to recover it (the only reason I can even access my account is through the link in Premiere Pro) so I can export a project I made. Unfortunately, I associated my account with my college email and didn't switch it to my current email before it was deactivated, and it's the same deal with my phone number (I got a new number and forgot to update that too) so I can't get the verification code to change/recover my password through those means. Is there any other way to change/recover a password? If not, is there a way to export things from Premiere Pro without it? I really don't want to make a new account and start from scratch.

*Btw I only selected the "Installation" topic because you're not allowed to post something without a topic tag thing, and this is a post for the "Download & Install" discussion so it seemed most relevant.

you can try contacting adobe support, but you have a mess.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

John, I'm sorry you can't access the account you used in college. Did they also manage the CC membership? You should contact your college to see if they can activate your account long enough for you to complete the recovery and change the e-mail process.

Please see https://adobe.ly/3xT2Y3s for information on how to add additional e-mail addresses and phone numbers to your account. You can also find information on how to reset the password at https://adobe.ly/3zGS811.

Unfortunately, to update the account, you need access to the previous e-mail address or phone number. For security reasons, our chat support or social media team cannot reset the password.

For your next steps, John, please bookmark this discussion and contact your college to see if you can regain access to the e-mail account to complete the Adobe account recovery process.

You also asked about recovery options, John. If your College manages your CC account, see https://adobe.ly/3WjfzWO for information on how to copy your assets.

If you cannot regain access to the account, the files could still be stored on the computer. The stored files' locations for each Adobe application and service are listed at https://adobe.ly/4bFSUbK. ^JW
