How to retreive serial number for lightroom 6

Hi I currently run lightroom 6 and it ran out while I was away and now I cant get it to open again was going to reinstall but need my serial number have tried all the ways but cant find it. I was given it lightroom through a chat with adobe so I dont even know if I have one for it. Also cant sign into adobe.

Do you have a cloud subscription or did you buy lightroom with a serial number?
