How to solve the error 205?

I try to download the trial version of Creative Cloud but always the message ERROR 205 .
My connection is 35 MB.
And the firewall is disabled.
I've tried to download via wi fi and cable .
How to fix it ?

Thanks for the answer.
But already I consulted this link.
As informed , I have a good broadband connection and I disabled the firewall, such as the link you provided me suggests.
And the problem was not resolved.
I forgot , just to inform that I am using a MacBook .
