I already paid 74aed on the product illustrator annual plan. i dont know where will i get the product now. how to install it ? or the product will be delivered to my place ?

when i go to illustrator app  it only says download trial but i already paid it 74aed for anual plan. can someone help me with my problem ?

Hi Filipin0,

As you have mentioned you have purchased Adobe Illustrator CC subscription, however when you go to download and install the app it only gives the option to download the trial, i would request you to follow the troubleshooting shared in the following help document and share the results: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.
