I am installing my CS6 Production Premium on to a new laptop with my serial number. It says my number is valid but a qualifying product could not be found on this computer. What do i do?

I can see under your account you have Upgrade version of CS6 production premium.

when you are installing Cs6 upgrade you have to enter the serial number of Full License first and after that  serial number for upgrade Cs6 ,As per your account information you have full license for CS5.

The other way round.

You enter the CS6 upgrade serial number first then the installer will ask for the CS5 serial number as well.

I tried to do that. The drop down menu I get after entering my cs6 upgrade serial gives me the following options:

Adobe Design Standard CS5.5

Adobe Design Standard CS6

Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6

Adobe Design Premium CS5.5

Adobe Master Collection CS5.5

Adobe Master Collection CS6

Adobe Production Premium CS5.5

Adobe Web Premium CS5.5

My full license product is Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium 5, which is not in the drop down list. What do I do?
