I am trying to access Temporary AT HOME Access through University, but only given free trial option.

I am trying to access Temporary AT HOME Access through University, but only given free trial option. I made a new account with my school email and log in credentials, and my school UCSC has offered the temporary access, but I can only use the free 7 day trial software. Any suggestions to gain access?

Thanks-G

Contact your school's IT dept to get the correct log-in ID and password.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with the ID and password your IT dept told you to use.

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access.

THIS HAS TO BE SET UP THROUGH THE SCHOOL

Thanks John, I was signed in through my school credential, but followed through with IT and it seems like they also needed to ass my name to a special list to activate- I'm in now!

Gwhipple, to add to John's response there is no Creative Cloud membership assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.  Please contact your education institution to obtain the information necessary to access the Creative Cloud membership.
