I am trying to install Lightroom and I am OK until it asks for a serial number. I purchased Lightroom from B&H and the have entered the seal number on the the B&H invoice. Nothing happens, not all the entry boxes are filled with the serial number that was provided by B&H. I looked for a serial number on and in the box it came in, nada. Need a bit of help here, what can I do?

The serial numbers are 24 digits numerical code.

Serial number issues are confidential , I recommend you to contact Adobe Customer Support, they will check and assist you with the issue:

(Do not share any information regarding seal number, VIN number..etc on Forums)

One more question.

I searched the adobe site for an customer support email address, can't seem to find it. I tried three times to use the chat function and waited over 45 minutes without anyone coming on line to help. Any suggestions?
