I am unable to Complete/Update Adobe ID profile

I recently upgraded to CC. I keep getting prompted to Complete/Update Adobe ID profile

A web page gets launched which asks for my address. When I press submit it says Your entry does not match standard addresses in our verification listings. You can continue with the address as you entered it or return to the previous screen to edit your entry.

Pressing "Use this address" just returns me to the Enter my address page. What is considered a valid address? How do I get out of this loop and finish activating my ID?

Hi.

I'm also having the same problems after taking out a subscription to Photoshop cc.

I am wondering if this is connected to why the program launches and then closes again?

Photoshop CC works fine. Every so often I get asked to complete registration and end up going round the loop described by djm666 above.

I have the same problem and more. First, the application of Creative Cloud after one hour or so, once again requests me to log in . This happens constantly all day. Then Photoshop sends me to complete my profile to a redundant page where I have no way to make changes, I wonder if someone can give me the solution to this problem. problably a security glitch.

I am having the exact same issue, been the same since about August.

I've tried entering the address in goodness knows how many different ways.

InDesign CC, Illustrator CC and Dreamweaver CC all cause the issue from time to time, usually the first use after startup/reboot.

I'm using a Mac Pro, Mavericks (previously ML) and am based in the UK with a UK billing and shipping address.

Curiously, they have no problem taking my money every month, so I'm sure the issue is just a glitch. 🙂
