I build up a new system on PC but Photoshop and all other Lightroom, Bridge doesnt work

I can open a psd file on Photoshop.. thats proper but if I try to open a tiff or jpg Photoshop shuts down and is sending a report to adobe.
I work on windows 10..  

I test Lightroom and Bridge.. Both are cracking by opening

 I found out
I can open psd and pgn files.    All others are cracking..

I solved the problem by my own.. I install CameraRaw 10.5  and everything is running now. The problem was coming up with the new CameraRaw update by adobe today
