I can't download/install Photoshop Elements free t... - Adobe Community - 7704984

I have downloaded and apparently installed the Akamai Netsession Interface but when I double click on the file: Adobe%20Photoshop%20Elements%2014-AkamaiDLM.dmg all this does is bring up the Akamai installer package icon. I click this and it installs Akamai Netsession Interface again. There is no sign of downloading or installing Photoshop Elements! Can anyone tell me what I'm missing or doing wrong please?
