I can't download the trial?

I'm trying to download the Adobe Creative Cloud free trial but it doesn't let me. When i click on Adobe Illustrator, then it asks me if I'm experienced. Once I answered that it says "Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because one of the following protocols (aam) isn't associated with any program or is not allowed in this context." I tried using another web like safari but it still says the same thing. Please help!

Did you download Creative Cloud desktop application?

Which O.S and version are you suing?

I think your browser is trying to find the CC app for installing the trial from the link.

Please ignore the error and go to this link and download CC app first : Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial and then install the software you would like to use.
