I can't install Photoshop on my second PC.

The 2nd PC was reworked and before that I've uninstalled Photoshop. Now the PC is working again and I wanted to install Photoshop new but I get the message that it is already installed on 2 devices. What can I do now?

Hi foto-bar,

Select the option to deactivate from all the machine already activated. This will help you to reset the activation count and use the applications again.

If you did not deactivate the software before you uninstalled it then it is still seen as being activated for the machine.  If you contact Adobe Support by chat or phone they can deactivate for the reworked machine so that it is once again available for installing and activating the software.
